Airmail
We cannot intercept airmail packages.
If the package is undelivered, it will eventually be returned to us.
Please note this is likely to take some time (maybe several weeks).
Courier
Depending on the status of the delivery and the courier, we may be able to update the address (we cannot guarantee but will make the best effort to do so).
We cannot change the delivery country/location.

For any product purchased on the delsey.com site, you have 14 days to return the product to us, from the date DELSEY is informed of your decision to withdraw. Once this period has passed, DELSEY reserves the right to right to refuse your return.
All DELSEY luggage is guaranteed for 2, 3, 5 or 10 years from its date of purchase, excluding electrical and electronic components. The warranty period for your product is mentioned on the product sheet on the website www.delsey.com and on the warranty certificate. The warranty for electronic and electrical components (excluding batteries) is for a period of two (2) years .The replacement of the product covered by the guarantee does not have the consequence of extending the initial duration of the commercial guarantee. The duration of the guarantee for your product is indicated on its guarantee card which is inside your product.
