Return & Exchange Timeframe:
Customers may initiate a return within 14 days from the purchase date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition without any damage.
- Have all original tags and labels attached.
Items that fail to meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Shipping & Exchange Costs:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will not include the original shipping charges.
